What's a credit?+
A credit is delv's unit of usage. Every metered action deducts from your monthly allowance. 1 image = 60 credits; 1 min voice call = 120; 1 chat message on Sonnet 4.6 = 12. Full per-action rates are in the feature table above.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?+
No. Monthly credits reset on your 30-day billing cycle. If you don't use them, you forfeit them. Topup credits never expire, so if you know you'll have spikes, buy a topup pack for the overflow.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Free tier works without payment. You only add a card when you upgrade to Pro or Max.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Self-serve cancellation from your account page. You keep Pro/Max access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my chats if I downgrade?+
Nothing. Your conversation history stays. You just lose access to tiered models and get the Free tier's 500 credits/month until you upgrade again.
Do you train on my data?+
No. We route to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) via OpenRouter with training opt-out. Your conversations are not used to train any model.
What about refunds?+
Full refund within 7 days of your first subscription. Spent credits aren't refundable; unspent topups are refundable pro-rated within 7 days of purchase. See refund policy.
Is there an annual plan?+
Yes. Pro $144/yr, Max $470/yr — both 20% off monthly. Billed once a year.
