Refund Policy

We want you to get real value out of delv. If it's not working for you, here's our refund policy. Keeping it short because it should be simple.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to Pro for the first time and decide within 14 days of your first charge that it's not for you, email support@delvai.io and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, no forms, no interrogation. Just say you want a refund and we'll process it.

After 14 days, we stop processing first-month refunds. By then you've had meaningful use of the Service.

Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable as a default — we send renewal reminders before billing and you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. Exceptions (below) still apply.

Annual plans

Annual subscribers get the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, we don't pro-rate refunds on the remaining months. You keep Pro access through the paid period.

Exceptions — when we'll always refund

  • Service outage longer than 48 hours affecting your tier — pro-rata credit or refund of your choice
  • Accidental double-billing — refunded immediately
  • Unauthorized subscription on your account (compromised credentials, family member's card, etc.) — full refund + help securing your account
  • Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction — e.g., EU 14-day "right of withdrawal," UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, California subscription laws. These override anything less generous in this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@delvai.io with:

  • The email address on your delv account
  • Approximate date of the charge
  • A one-line reason (optional — helpful for us, not required)

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your card network and bank.

What happens to your data

Refunds end your Pro subscription at the refund date. You can keep using delv on the free tier with your existing chat history. To delete your account entirely, use the self-serve option in your account settings or request it in the same email.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback and it saves everyone fees. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account termination.

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED DIRECTLY VIA DELV.AI. IF YOU SUBSCRIBED THROUGH APPLE, GOOGLE, OR ANOTHER RESELLER (NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED), THEIR REFUND POLICIES APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASE.
